Delivery Policy

Officemetro.com.au use a specialized courier who provides the most efficient, economic and reliable delivery service Australia wide. At our discretion we may choose to use different agents to deliver our products. We do not deliver outside of Australia. It is our priority to make delivery of your order as prompt as possible.

Victoria:
Officemetro.com.au provides FREE delivery in the Melbourne metro area for all orders $50 or more. For Melbourne metro orders less than $50 a flat fee of $5.00(inc.GST) is charged.
For regional and remote Victorian areas a small delivery fee applies, and is displayed prior to customer confirmation.

New South Wales:
Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Central Coast and Newcastle metro areas incure a flat fee of $7.00(inc.GST).
For other New South Wales areas a delivery fee is calculated at checkout and displayed prior to customer confirmation.

South Australia:
Adelaide and Mt.Gambier metro areas incure a flat fee of $7.00(inc.GST).
For regional and remote South Australia areas a delivery fee is calculated at checkout and displayed prior to customer confirmation.

Tasmania:
Hobart and Launceston metro areas incure a flat fee of $12.99(inc.GST).
For regional and remote New South Wales areas a delivery fee is calculated at checkout and displayed prior to customer confirmation.

Queensland:
Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba metro areas incure a flat fee of $12.99(inc.GST).
For regional and remote Queensland areas a delivery fee is calculated at checkout and displayed prior to customer confirmation.

Western Australia:
The Perth metro area incures a flat fee of $16.95(inc.GST).
For regional and remote Western Australia areas a delivery fee is calculated at checkout and displayed prior to customer confirmation.

In order to prevent fraudulent credit card use Officemetro.com.au require credit card billing address to be supplied at point of purchase. Officemetro.com.au gives you the opportunity to specify a separate shipping address, if required.

Subject to payment, Officemetro.com.au accepts responsibility for property and risk in the goods until delivery of the goods to your nominated shipping address.

All deliveries are made Mon-Fri.

Returns Policy

Officemetro.com.au will take every care to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition. If stock should arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days stating your invoice number. Damaged or faulty goods will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, however if the product cannot be replaced or repaired a full refund will be issued upon the goods being returned into our office. Postage is not included on returns.

No exchanges or refunds will be giving on unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
